Talisย Group's law firm client is a Louisville law firm specializing in personal injury litigation. They are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time ย Assistant to provide administrative support in a fast-paced law office. The ideal candidate will have strong document management skills, exceptional organizational abilities, andย professional communicationย skills.ย  Hours are 9am-4pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Free parking.

Highlighted Responsibilities:
  • Proofread, and organize legal documents, correspondence.
  • Maintain electronic and physical files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Manage document filing systems and ensure compliance with firm policies and record retention requirements.
  • Process and track medical, employment, insurance, and other records requests from third parties.
  • Follow up on outstanding records requests and maintain accurate status logs.
  • Scan, upload, index, and organize documents within theย firm'sย case management system.
  • Calendar deadlines, appointments, and important case dates.
  • Answer phones, communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside agencies, and provide administrative support as needed.
