We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a part time Intake Coordinator position in the Liberty area.
Job Description:
Ensures the Referrals made by the providers are processed to ensure our patients receive timely follow-up on their diagnosis. Must have experience working with patient referrals, verifying insurance and coverage.
Qualifications:
  • Experience with hospice and/or healthcare - preferred
  • Experience with the intake process and procedures - required
  • Experience in verifying insurance, Medicaid and Medicare - required
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Microsoft Outlook - required
  • EMR experience - preferred
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Effective written and verbal communication
  • Clean background and drug screen
