Schedule: Part-Time | 24 hours per week | 6:00PM-6:30AM | No Scheduling Mandation
Shift Premiums: 2:30pm - 10:30pm $ 1.90 | 10:31pm - 7:00am $ 1.35 | Weekend (Fri 10:31pm - Sun 11:00pm) $ 1.00

What You'll Do in This Role:
As a Direct Care Supervisor, you'll guide and support caregivers, ensuring our residents receive the compassionate care they deserve. In this role, you'll be a key resource for your team, providing mentorship, problem-solving, and fostering a positive, team-oriented environment.
  • Lead and Support - Supervise caregivers in performing daily living activities based on individualized service plans (ISPs).
  • Maintain Smooth Operations - Ensure proper staffing levels and collaborate with providers.
  • Coordinate Medication and Care - Process medication orders and oversee resident assessments during intake and admission.
  • Coach and Mentor - Provide hands-on training, feedback, and guidance to caregivers, helping them grow and excel.
  • Monitor Safety and Compliance - Review incident reports and ensure policies and procedures are followed.
  • Provide Hands-On Care - Assist with personal care (ADLS) like bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
  • Support Mealtime- Help residents enjoy their meals and stay hydrated for good health.
  • Monitor with Watchful Eyes - Report any changes in conditions to the leadership team ASAP.
  • Demonstrate Respect & Professionalism - Maintain confidentiality while delivering top-notch care.

Required
  • Must possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology, Medications, Pharmacology, and Body Structure and Function
  • Education consistent with that of a Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Aide
  • CPR certification attained within 90 days of hire.
  • Position requires the ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 35 pounds without assistance
Preferred 
  • Previous supervisory or lead experience 
  • Previous hands-on experience and training on injections and wound care, and the ability to successfully pass a competency evaluation by an RN 
  • Experience consistent with that of a Medical Assistant/Technician, EMS, or caregiving
