Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized insurance advice and solutions.
  • New Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Collaborate with clients to understand their insurance needs, present suitable options, and close sales.
  • Policy Reviews: Conduct periodic policy reviews with clients to ensure their coverage remains adequate and up-to-date.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and regulations to provide informed advice to clients.

Requirements
  • Property and casualty Insurance license preferred, willing to train and licensing assistance is available.
  • Insurance Experience: Not required, but previous sales experience is a plus
  • Licensing: Must hold a valid insurance license in the state of Utah. Our office provides the training material for the state exam and reimburses the first successful passing of the state exam.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and address client needs.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive and driven, with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Excellent Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact confidently with clients and colleagues.
  • Team Player: Willingness to collaborate and support team members to achieve collective goals.
