We are offering an exciting opportunity for an aggressive self-starter who possesses dedication, professionalism and true people skills. This is a fast paced business with a reputation for quality, custom reports and outstanding customer service. We will provide on the job training for the right individual (MUST possess a TREC license) to join our team as a part time inspector (which can lead to full time). All inspections are scheduled for you.  Experience and qualifications will determine starting pay as our employee. There is a non-compete to sign. iPad provided. iPhone provided. Infrared and other equipment provided. Liability Insurance provided. Healthcare is not provided.

Job Requirements:

  • TREC License required with designation: Professional Home Inspector. Apprentice license not accepted.
  • Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and listening skills. 
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
  • Professional/Clean attire and appearance (Logo shirts provided)
  • Integrity and strong work ethic.  Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance - mileage paid at IRS rate of $0.67/ per mile (2024)
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
  • Afternoon inspections go into evenings so must be available for early evening hours. 
  • Availability to work every other Saturday or Sunday
