Job description

QA/QC Inspector – CWI Required 4D Construction Services, LLC | Field Based – Texas About 4D Construction Services 4D Construction Services is a turnkey mechanical contractor serving the midstream and downstream oil and gas markets. We build and maintain pipelines, facilities, and integrity systems across Texas and surrounding regions. We do the work right, and we expect the same from everyone on our team. The Role We need an experienced QA/QC Inspector with an active CWI certification who can own every quality function on a mechanical construction project from first weld to final turnover. This is not a clipboard role. You will be the single point of accountability for quality on your jobsite. What You Will Do Perform all field QA/QC inspection duties including weld inspection, NDE coordination, and material verification. Own the entire turnover documentation process: weld maps, heat maps, red line drawing markups, hydrostatic test packages, radiographic examination reader sheets, material test reports (MTRs), and any additional documentation required for client acceptance. Deliver a complete, clean job book with zero gaps. Work independently in the field, maintain meticulous records, and hold the line on quality standards without someone looking over your shoulder. What You Bring Active AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification. Hands on field experience in midstream or downstream oil and gas construction. Strong working knowledge of ASME, API, and applicable welding codes. Proven track record of building full turnover packages from scratch. Familiarity with NDE processes, hydrostatic testing procedures, and pipeline or facility construction documentation workflows. Organizational discipline and attention to detail that borders on obsessive. If you have ever turned in a job book with missing pages, this is not the role for you. Why 4D You will join a growing company that treats quality as a competitive advantage, not a compliance checkbox. Competitive compensation. Meaningful infrastructure projects. A team that takes pride in doing it right the first time. #J-18808-Ljbffr
