What You'll Do

As our Part-Time HR Specialist, you'll support the HR Manager by coordinating the hiring and onboarding process from application through orientation. You'll communicate with applicants, schedule interviews, prepare onboarding materials, complete new hire paperwork, and ensure all pre-employment requirements are met. You'll maintain accurate employee records, track required documentation and compliance deadlines, and help keep HR processes organized and running smoothly. Along the way, you'll partner with hiring managers to create a positive candidate experience while supporting our mission of providing a wholesome, quality experience for everyone involved.

What You Bring
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; HRIS experience (iSolved preferred) is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to occasionally travel between Valley View Granite locations.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation & Schedule
  • $20.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Part-time, approximately 20–25 hours per week.
  • Flexible schedule within normal business hours.

Must be able to pass a 7-year background check. We also conduct pre-employment drug testing. Any job offer will be based on the results of background and drug testing.
