HR Consultant (part-time) about 10-15 hours a week

We are Focus HR, we provide project and outsourced HR services to small businesses around the Chicagoland area. Client work is done mostly remote and for one particular client. Learn more about us at http://FocusHR.biz.

Your client will likely be in the Chicagoland area or suburbs. Responsibilities will vary according to the client. As a Consultant, who is also a generalist, the HR support you provide can be in form of compliance, new hire on-boarding, assisting with salaries and benefits, employee relations, performance reviews, policies & procedures, discipline to termination and strategy. You decide when you can do the work as long as client expectations are met.
