These roles can include responsibilities such as recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and benefits administration. Part-time HR professionals may work for small businesses, nonprofits, or larger companies needing flexible staffing. Part-time HR professionals often work closely with department managers and team leads to address staffing needs, facilitate onboarding, and resolve employee concerns, even within limited hours. They may schedule regular check-ins, provide guidance on HR policies, and coordinate with payroll or benefits teams to ensure smooth operations.
