Job description

Broomfield Veterinary Hospital is looking for an experienced part-time Client Services Representative.
Broomfield Veterinary Hospital is part of the Suveto network of hospitals. We are located in Broomfield Colorado. Our veterinary services are available with a state-of-the-art emergency care facility. Our professional and courteous health care team aspires to excellence in medical treatment, quality and client service. We utilize cutting-edge knowledge, equipment and techniques to care for your pets and exceed your expectations. Further, we recognize the bond between people and pets and treat them as part of the family. We love pets!
Our CSRs provide high quality customer service that meets or exceeds the expectations of our clients, support the doctors and support staff, and look for ways to continually improve the delivery of services to our clients to ensure that clients are treated with respect and compassion.
Part-time; $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage the front desk by greeting clients, checking patients in/out, scheduling rechecks and signing visitors and vendors in.
  • Oversee the clinic
  • Manage and assist client in the euthanasia paperwork
  • Discuss payment choices with
  • Process Daily Estimate Report (Out Window CSR).
  • Assist with daily administrative duties such as printing schedules, pulling charts, filing, emailing medical records, distribute daily mail and purging charts in
  • Maintain knowledge of extension numbers to reach employees throughout the
  • Assist in emergency situations by expediting calls to triage staff
  • May require mentoring or overseeing students from various educational

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year working within a customer service environment
  • Must be computer literate; basic computer skills with ability to navigate new
  • Experience with EZVet is a PLUS!!
  • Excellent communication
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to work well within a team
