Job Title:                          Rental Shop Greeter/Guest Coordinator

Type of Position:           Full-time, Seasonal; Part-time, Seasonal

Schedule:                        Full-time and part-time can/will include weekends/holidays

Pay:                                  $20.00/hr.

Summary


You are passionate about excellent customer service and are driven to provide the best experience possible for guests and fellow employees. You will be responsible for greeting our guests upon arrival to the rental shop with helpful information for their day on the slopes. You will assist with other rental shop duties as the need arises. Every employee is responsible for providing a positive experience for our guests and employees, with safety and fun as our top priorities.


Essential Functions (but not limited to)

  • Assist guests with check-in, paperwork and other important information about their rentals and reservations.
  • Assist guests in operating a self-entry system.
  • Assist attendants and technicians with excellent customer service in fitting boots and helmets for guests' needs.
  • Assist with equipment return.
  • Assist with organization of rental shop equipment.
  • Assist with daily cleaning of rental shop, workstations and exterior areas as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Willing to provide excellent customer service
  • Ability to communicate clearly and calmly, respectful, and considerate to others.
  • Written and oral communication in English required.

Physical Demands

  • This position is regularly required to stand.
  • This position will frequently require you to lift up to 25 lbs.
