Lake Regional Healthcare is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) to deliver the best possible nursing care in LRH's patient-focused setting.
SUMMARY:
Provides nursing care to patients by utilizing the nursing process and meeting established patient care standards. Accountable for assigned responsibilities. Serves as an advocate for patients/families. Adheres to the mission and values of Lakes Regional Healthcare in all aspects of job performance. Also utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care to both hospice and home care patients as assigned. Candidate will possess good oral and written communication skills, nursing judgment, organizational skills and time management skills.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an accredited licensed school of nursing. Associate degree in nursing. One-year medical surgical and/or home care/hospice nursing experience preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSURE &/OR REGISTRATIONS:
Current RN license to practice in the State of Iowa. BLS and Child & Dependent Adult Abuse Reporting certification or willingness to obtain according to Education Policy. Current driver's license, reliable transportation, proof of vehicle insurance coverage, and must be physically able to drive a vehicle.
