Fitness Consultant / Sales Associate (Part-Time, 20–30 Hours/Week)
Orangetheory Fitness Wichita

Current shift needs:
  • Evenings: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
  • Occasional Weekends: 6:30 AM–11:00 AM
Orangetheory Fitness Wichita is looking for a part-time Fitness Consultant / Sales Associate who brings energy, confidence, and a strong people-first attitude to every interaction.

This role is a great fit for someone who loves fitness, enjoys talking with people, and knows how to create a welcoming experience from the moment someone walks through the door. You’ll be the first impression of our studio, helping prospects learn about Orangetheory, guiding them through their first visit, and helping convert interest into membership.

Schedule
  • Part-time, 20–30 hours per week
  • We are currently hiring for team members who can support some combination of these shifts:
     
    • Evenings: 3:00 PM–8:00 PM
    • Occasional Weekends: 6:30 AM–11:00 AM

  • Availability for these time blocks is strongly preferred
What You’ll Do
  • Greet everyone who walks into the studio with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer calls, texts, and questions from prospects and members
  • Share the Orangetheory story with confidence and energy
  • Give studio tours and explain how the workout works
  • Guide first-time visitors through the intro process
  • Work alongside coaches to create a strong first-class experience
  • Follow up with prospective members and help them take the next step
  • Sell memberships and support studio sales goals
  • Assist with community outreach, events, and local marketing efforts
  • Help keep the front desk, lobby, and studio areas clean and organized
  • Deliver a high-level member experience from check-in to follow-up
A Day in the Life
You’ll start your shift by getting the front desk ready, checking messages, and preparing for incoming intros, calls, and member traffic. Throughout the day, you’ll greet members by name, answer questions, book classes, and connect with prospective members who are curious about Orangetheory.

When a first-time guest comes in, you’ll walk them through the studio, explain the workout, and help them feel comfortable and excited for class. Afterward, you’ll follow up, answer questions, and help them find the membership option that fits. In between, you’ll support the team, keep the studio organized, and help create the positive, high-energy atmosphere people remember.
