Job Summary
Holiday Inn Express Topeka North is seeking a reliable, friendly, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent / Night Auditor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, handle front desk operations, and ensure a smooth overnight hotel experience for our guests.
Hotel experience is a plus but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong customer service background.
Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out efficiently
  • Answer and direct phone calls with excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle guest requests, concerns, and inquiries promptly
  • Process reservations and maintain accurate guest records
  • Perform basic accounting and night audit tasks during overnight shifts
  • Prepare daily reports and balance transactions
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
  • Communicate effectively with management and other team members
  • Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
  • Customer service experience is required
