Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in day-to-day operations and administrative tasks
  • Conduct research and compile data for ongoing projects
  • Collaborate with team members on assignments and presentations
  • Attend team meetings and contribute ideas
  • Participate in company events and networking opportunities
  • Maintaining confidentiality of information
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Currently enrolled in a college or university program (or recent graduate)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively
  • Ability to work independently and stay on track with tasks
  • Prior internship or work experience is a plus, but not required

Working Conditions:
  • This position will work in an office environment and will require the employee to handle Protected Health Information (PHI) for duties related to document and report preparation. Policies and procedures will be strictly adhered to make sure PHI is protected as required by the HIPAA Privacy Rule.
