Aarris Homecare is a California-based, family-owned home care agency dedicated to helping seniors and adults remain safe and independent at home. We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to perform per-diem client assessments and supervisory quality assurance visits.
This position is perfect for an RN looking for flexible, meaningful work without managing an ongoing patient caseload. You'll play an important role in ensuring every client receives exceptional care while enjoying the freedom to accept assignments based on your availability.
What You'll Do

  • Complete comprehensive in-home client assessments
  • Conduct supervisory visits to ensure quality of caregiver services
  • Evaluate client needs and recommend appropriate plans of care
  • Educate clients and families about available home care services
  • Complete accurate electronic documentation and submit it the same day
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and all California home care regulations
  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, caregivers, and office staff
