Overview
Mantle is expanding its presence in the Americas and is looking for a highly motivated contributor to join the Mantle Squad Americas. This is a part-time role (10-15 hours per week) designed for individuals who are deeply embedded in the North America crypto ecosystem and excited to help grow Mantle's brand, community, and market presence.
As a core member of the Americas squad, you will play a key role in shaping Mantle's narrative, partnerships, and go-to-market efforts across the North America. You'll collaborate closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners while executing impactful initiatives tailored to the US audience.
Scope & Responsibilities1. Community Growth & Operations
- Drive localized market initiatives to expand Mantle's presence in North America
- Identify and build collabration with top-tier media, KOLs, and distribution channels
- Support execution of growth strategies to retail, INS, and dev communities
2. Founder Story & Narrative Building
- Craft and amplify founder and ecosystem narratives for the US market
- Collaborate on storytelling across social, editorial, and partner channels
- Position Mantle effectively within the broader North America web3 and L2 landscape
3. GTM & Offline Event Support
- Plan and execute North America go-to-market campaigns
- Support IRL activations, industry events, and community meetups
- Coordinate with partners for co-marketing and ecosystem campaigns
What You'll Work On
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Mantle core contributors, partners, and creators
- Execute campaigns, content strategies, and community initiatives
- Research and propose new opportunities for growth in the North America market
- Support operational workflows, partnerships, and campaign rollouts
- Contribute directly to Mantle's expansion strategy in the Americas
Who We're Looking For- Have 2+ years of experience in crypto/web3 marketing or ecosystem roles, specifically within the North America market
- Possess a strong understanding of the North America crypto landscape, media, and communities
- Demonstrate high ownership, execution ability, and reliability in fast-paced environments
- Are proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a remote, distributed team
- Have strong communication and storytelling skills
- Are well-connected with North America-based founders, creators, or communities (strong plus)
