A Part Time Funnel Builder is a professional who designs, creates, and optimizes sales funnels for businesses or individuals, usually on a part-time basis. Sales funnels are step-by-step processes that guide potential customers through the journey of becoming paying clients, often involving landing pages, email sequences, and checkout processes. Part Time Funnel Builders typically work with marketing and sales teams to improve conversion rates, automate customer journeys, and increase revenue, while balancing their work with other commitments. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in digital marketing, copywriting, and technical tools like ClickFunnels or Leadpages.

What do you mean by part?

In the context of a part-time funnel builder job, 'part' refers to working fewer hours than a full-time position, typically less than 35-40 hours per week. This schedule allows flexibility and is often suitable for those balancing other commitments or seeking supplemental income. Part-time roles may have different pay structures and fewer benefits compared to full-time positions.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Funnel Builder, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Funnel Builder, you need a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, sales funnel strategies, and basic web design, often supported by experience with lead generation techniques. Familiarity with funnel-building platforms such as ClickFunnels, Leadpages, or Kartra, and knowledge of analytics tools are typically required. Strong communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills help you tailor funnels to specific audiences and collaborate with clients or teams. These abilities ensure you can create effective funnels that drive conversions and support business growth.

How do part-time funnel builders typically coordinate with marketing teams to ensure successful campaign launches?

Part-time funnel builders often work closely with marketing teams by attending regular check-ins, collaborating on campaign goals, and sharing updates on funnel progress. They may use project management tools to align timelines and resources, ensuring their work integrates seamlessly with broader marketing efforts. Clear communication and a willingness to adapt to shifting priorities are essential, as campaign requirements can evolve quickly. This collaboration not only helps deliver successful funnels but also provides valuable exposure to different aspects of digital marketing.

About The Role
As Fora expands globally, we're hiring a Senior Manager, International Sales Operations to build and own the systems that power advisor acquisition across international markets. This is a high-ownership, infrastructure-focused role at the intersection of sales strategy, analytics, and operations.
Reporting to the Head of International and partnering closely with Sales and cross-functional teams, this person will shape the international sales infrastructure, enabling scalable advisor growth outside the U.S. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, including direct engagement with prospective advisors and full ownership of the international sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
International Ops & Localization
  • Design and localize the international acquisition journey, building scalable workflows and sales sequences tailored to each region's norms and channels.
  • Build and integrate new international lead-facing tools and communication channels such as WhatsApp for Business, WeChat, and Intercom.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce manual work, and improve the advisor lead experience.

Funnel Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end international advisor sales funnel in the CRM, from lead sourcing and scoring through conversion and handoff.
  • Build and continuously improve inbound and outbound sales strategies to drive high-quality international pipeline.
  • Create and maintain sales playbooks, outreach sequences, objection-handling guides, and scripts tailored to international markets.
  • Establish funnel reporting and analytics by tracking conversion rates at each stage, identifying drop-off points, and implementing data-driven improvements.
  • Host sales calls, onboarding webinars, and informational sessions for prospective advisors.

AI & Tech Enablement
  • Use AI tools to improve sales efficiency, including lead qualification, follow-ups, and internal workflows.
  • Build or contribute to playbooks, scripts, and automation that increase productivity across international operations.
  • Partner with internal teams to test and deploy AI-driven solutions that support advisor growth at scale.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Team Management
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product Operations to implement company-wide initiatives, experiments, and improvements.
  • Act as a voice of the international advisor, sharing insights to inform product and operational decisions.
  • Onboard and manage remote team members.
Requirements
  • 4-8 years of experience in a revenue operations or go-to-market role with direct exposure to sales processes
  • Proven experience building or improving sales processes and workflows with measurable impact on funnel performance
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage complex systems and multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Fluency in English and at least one additional language
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills and ability to engage effectively with prospective customers and internal stakeholders
Strongly Preferred
  • Experience supporting or selling into international markets across regions such as LATAM, APAC, Europe, or the Middle East
  • Experience designing localized sales motions or adapting go-to-market strategies by region
  • Familiarity with international communication tools and channels such as WhatsApp, WeChat, or similar platforms
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance sales workflows, automation, or productivity
  • Background in a startup or high-growth environment with exposure to systems-building or operational scaling
Compensation
Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $100K-$150K + bonus + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we're considering multiple levels for this role.
  • Unlimited vacation
  • Health Insurance (including an option completely covered by Fora HQ)
  • Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Wellhub Memberships
  • 401k plan with company match
  • Commuter Benefits
  • Supplemental Life Insurance
  • Stock Options

This role is based in our beautiful New York City office (Tribeca/Fidi) with lots of natural light and great views.
