Job description

Summary: We're seeking an upbeat, compassionate part-time Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will help ensure seamless and respectful funeral services by providing transportation support, greeting and assisting guests, and helping with service coordination. You may also assist with transporting casketed deceased when needed.

** Must have weekend and day-time availability during the week to be considered**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive limousines, service cars, and other company vehicles for funeral services.
  • Greet, assist, and provide support to families and guests attending services.
  • Organize and manage vehicle line-ups for funeral processions.
  • Assist with the transportation of casketed deceased as required.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful presence at all times.

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods.
