Job description

Capital Chevrolet of Wake Forest is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with people, staying organized, and helping create a welcoming experience for every customer who visits our dealership. 

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in providing exceptional service, answering incoming calls, assisting with customer needs, and supporting day-to-day administrative functions. This position is scheduled for Wednesdays and Saturdays from 12:00PM - 8:00PM with opportunities to work additional hours on an as-needed basis. 

What You'll Be Doing

  • Greet customers and visitors in a friendly, professional manner
  •  Answer and direct incoming phone calls 
  • Provide information and assistance to customers, callers, and team members 
  • Assist with scheduling and customer inquiries 
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties 
  • Help maintain a positive and welcoming environment for customers and employees 
  • Support dealership operations with additional tasks as assigned
