Front Desk Wellness Coordinator
Hourly Base + Bonus | Part-Time Front Desk Coordinator
We are seeking an organized, personable, and detail-oriented team member for part-time, in-clinic duties focused on front desk operations and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients in a calm, professional wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet patients and members upon arrival and complete check-in procedures
  • Answer incoming phone calls and respond to electronic messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using clinic scheduling systems
  • Process payments and support basic point-of-sale functions
  • Maintain accurate records and complete basic reporting tasks
  • Provide general administrative and front desk support to ensure smooth daily clinic operations

Compensation & Hours:
  • Approximately 25-32 hours per week (negotiable)
  • Hourly base pay plus bonus opportunity based on performance
