Job description

The Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for residents, guests, vendors, and visitors. This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining security procedures, and supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the condominium association.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Greet residents, guests, contractors, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming telephone calls and respond to general inquiries.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain guest and vendor sign-in procedures.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the front desk area in a clean, organized, and professional appearance.
  • Assist residents with general questions and provide information regarding association policies and procedures.
  • Communicate with the property manager regarding resident concerns, maintenance requests, and emergencies.
  • Monitor security cameras and report unusual activity or incidents promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records, logs, and administrative files.
  • Perform light clerical duties, including filing, copying, data entry, and preparing correspondence.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors as directed by management.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
