Patient Concierge: Greeting patients warmly upon arrival and managing the check-in/check-out process with a smile.
Scheduling Mastery: Coordinating complex appointments to ensure optimal patient flow and provider productivity.
Insurance Coordination: Verifying dental insurance coverage and explaining treatment plans and co-pays clearly to patients.
Records Management: Maintaining accurate digital patient records and ensuring all HIPAA regulations are strictly followed.
Financial Oversight: Processing payments, managing billing inquiries, and handling daily financial reporting.

Salary Range

Part-time $19 - $25 per hour
