Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Adult Medical Day Care team on a part-time basis. The LPN will provide direct nursing care, support participant health needs, and work collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a safe and supportive environment for our participants.
Key Responsibilities

  • Provide routine nursing care and monitoring of participants
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered
  • Assist with assessments, documentation, and care plan updates
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes to supervising RN/physician
  • Respond to participant health concerns and emergencies
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Support a positive, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment
Qualifications

  • Current New Jersey LPN license in good standing
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
