The Village of Fox Crossing is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer. Description The Fox Crossing Fire Department is creating an eligibility list for the position of Part-Time Firefighter. Those hired will assist in providing coverage between the hours of 8:00 a.m

and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and around the clock on the weekends from Friday evening through Monday morning (12-hour shifts). Applicants filling these positions will need to work a minimum of four (4) shifts per month

FCFD Recruitment Video - YouTube FCFD Agility Testing - YouTube Examples of Duties The position requires skills and abilities in Fire and EMS emergency response, fire inspections, apparatus driving and operation (if certified), public education, and customer service. A detailed position description is available by request. Minimum Job Requirements 18 years of age High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license with a good driving record State of Wisconsin Firefighter I certification State of Wisconsin Driver Operator - Pumper certification (desired) Current State of Wisconsin EMS First Responder Certification or higher Completion of NIMS 100,200, and 700 Supplemental Information All applicable certificates shouldbe attached and submitted with the online application.
