We are currently looking for a Temporary Part-Time Administrative Specialist to join our team for a flexible schedule of 20 to 30 hours per week (ideally available from August 25 - October 16 & Jan 26 - April 16). This role is based in our Butte, MT office and offers a unique chance to contribute to our mission during a temporary assignment.

The Administrative Specialist should expect to:

Under moderate supervision and with latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment, the Administrative Specialist is responsible for performing advanced and complex administrative duties including the following:

  • Support client service professionals with administrative tasks, such as greeting clients, managing mail, and scanning tax documents for filing or processing.
  • Provide administrative support by executing scanning and autoflow tasks, and organizing and managing files efficiently.
  • Other administrative or firm tasks based upon interest and need.

  • Comfortable navigating new technology tools and demonstrated proficiency in MS Windows, Adobe and Office suite. 
  • Demonstrated time management skills, ability to prioritize, and adapt to change.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Willingness to perform under pressure when deadlines call for swift action.
  • Ability to multi-task without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Collaborative and effective in working with different leadership styles and a variety of individuals at all levels within the organization.
  • Maintain confidentiality.
