Job description

Pay: $27-$28/hour
Location: Whitehall, PA
Are you called to provide compassionate spiritual care in a Christ-centered community? Fellowship Community is seeking a part-time Chaplain to support residents, families, and staff through meaningful ministry and presence.
What You'll Do
  • Build relationships through resident visitation, counseling, and spiritual support
  • Lead Bible studies, devotions, and monthly worship services
  • Participate in family conferences, funerals, and hospital visitation
  • Collaborate with staff and contribute to a supportive, faith-driven team environment
  • Document visits and assessments while helping shape and grow ministry programs
Schedule
  • 14 hours per week, typically 2-3 days
  • Regular presence in the Manor with monthly teaching and worship leadership

  • Ordained minister (Bible Fellowship Church preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a heart for serving older adults
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using technology for documentation and communication
