Full Charge Bookkeeper
Eagle Tire & Automotive-Federal Way, WA

Part-time to Full-Time, depending on experience and time management skills
25-35 hour a week
Hourly compensation: $30-$40.00 DOE
We are an independent Tire and automotive service company seeking a detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. This role is essential in keeping our financials accurate and organized for 3 locations.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger journal entries.
Maintain accurate financial records and prepare month-end closing reports
Process payroll and assist with benefit tracking (experience with QuickBooks Online a plus)
Prepare financial reports such as balance sheet and income statements, assist with budgeting, and provide reporting to management.
Work closely with external CPA for tax preparation and year end filings
Monthly excise tax filing
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Other duties upon request to maintain office
Qualifications: 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (automotive industry a plus)
Strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting
Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and ability to meet deadlines
Integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information
