Job description

Are you a people person? Do you enjoy a fast-paced environment? If you want to have fun and enjoy the people you work around this is the place for you! We offer a fun and exciting work environment! Reynolds' Subaru prides itself on working hard and standing out from the rest. You are the first person our customers see when they come in.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers to our dealership.
  • Answering incoming calls. Organize and input paperwork for management.
  • Assisting our service customers at checkout.
  • Managing loaner vehicles for our customers.
  • Tracking the mileage and fuel levels for our loaner cars.
  • Able to be active throughout each day. A lot of in and out with getting loaner cars as well as putting loaner cars away.
  • Make sure waiting room and reception area are presentable.
  • Fill the snack bar and clean the coffee machine.
  • Make monthly employee schedules for time off.

Part-time position: Hours are Tues/Thurs/ 12:30-6:30pm & Saturday 7:30-4:30pm

1 hour lunch.

Drug screen required.
