Monumental Food is our corporate catering company here in Arlington, VA. We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Delivery Specialist to join our team. As a Delivery Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and delicious food delivered right to their offices. If you're passionate about food, customer service, and logistics, this role is perfect for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Timely Delivery: Deliver catering orders promptly and efficiently to various corporate offices in the Arlington/DC metro area.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all food items are properly packaged, labeled, and presented to maintain the highest quality standards.
  • Equipment Set-up: Unloading and loading tables and small equipment, as needed.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries, addressing any questions or concerns.
