Neighborly Home Care is looking to hire full- or part-time Caregivers and Direct Care Workers to provide non-medical home care services to clients receiving in-home care. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
    • Bathing, grooming and personal hygiene
    • Dressing and toileting assistance
    • Mobility support and transfers with client assist
  • Companionship and emotional support
  • Meal preparation and feeding (if needed)
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying up client's space, linens, etc.)
  • Observe and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisor
  • Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Requirements:

  • At least two years of caregiving experience
  • Eligible to work in the United States (we cannot provide sponsorship)
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening, TB test, physical criminal background check
  • Valid drivers license, vehicle registration, and insurance
  • Reliable transportation
