PART-TIME ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER
We are seeking a PT Assistant Property Manager to support day-to-day operations of Kings Cliffe MHP. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional with hands-on property management experience. Ability to communicate in Spanish is preferred.
Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily property management operations
  • Manage resident communications and maintain positive resident relations
  • Prepare and process JP court filings
  • Assist with rent collection, records, and reporting
  • Maintain accurate tenant and property documentation
  • Support leasing, renewals, and move-in/move-out processes
  • Report directly to the Property Manager

Qualifications:

  • Prior property management experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Experience with Rent Manager software is a plus
