Job description

We are seeking a Part Time Assistant Property Manager to join our team at an Apartment Community in Wilmington, DE. This role involves coordinating administrative activities and supporting both the management team and residents to ensure smooth property operations and excellent tenant relations.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and record monthly rents
  • Assist in Resident move-in
  • Report and document accidents or unusual tenant incidents
  • Manage in-house apartment repair requests and process work orders in Yardi
  • Schedule resident recertifications as required
  • Maintain resident files per management standards
  • Support tenant meetings, concerns, and community open houses
  • Prepare the monthly community bulletin

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Yardi is a plus
