In other roles, you may provide clerical support for managers and executives, fulfilling duties that range from taking notes during calls and meetings to arranging travel itineraries. You organize paperwork, answer phones and emails, and sort and distribute correspondence. You also assist management with staffing, scheduling, and maintaining operational records like employment files. What are part time assistants?

Part time assistants are employees who provide support to an organization or individual for fewer hours than a standard full-time schedule, typically working less than 35-40 hours per week. Their duties vary depending on the employer and can include administrative tasks, scheduling, data entry, and other support functions. Part time assistants are valued for their flexibility and ability to help teams manage workloads without the commitment of a full-time hire.
