DMAIC (define, measure, analyze, improve and control), process mapping, data collection and analysis, root cause problem solving, the cost of quality, mistake proofing, change management.

Requirements:

- Extensive track record in managerial role(s), in the context of engineering in & for industry;
- Extensive track record of implementation, practice and leadership pertaining to six sigma and/or lean six sigma methods in industrial/software/engineering environments.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
- Master's or PhD degree in business or in engineering an asset.
