Pay Frequency: Based on experience and the client's pay source Weekly Pay
Pay Range: PCA $13.75 - $15.00/hour l CNA $14.50 - 16.00/hour
Job Description: Caring Hands Home Health Inc is seeking compassionate and dependable bilingual caregivers to provide high-quality, in-home support to clients throughout the Triangle area. If you're reliable, caring, and ready to make a real impact, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
  • Safely support mobility, including use of wheelchairs and assistive devices
  • Provide companionship, conversation, and emotional support
  • Offer medication reminders (no administration)
  • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, meal prep, grocery shopping, and errands
  • Follow individualized care plans and agency policies
  • Observe and report any changes in client condition to a supervisor

Qualifications:
  • Minimum 6 months of professional caregiving experience (home care, assisted living, or facility)
  • Must pass a caregiver skills assessment prior to hire
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal & written) without an interpreter
  • Bilingual (English + Spanish or another language) strongly preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with mobility/transfers
  • Must have a smartphone with internet access for scheduling and documentation
  • Reliable transportation to client homes (car preferred)
  • Must pass a background check and NC Health Care Personnel Registry clearance
  • Flexible availability, including weekends
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable
