The opportunity

Delaware North Boston Holdings is seeking a full-time CRM Manager to support our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts, home to world-class sports and entertainment. As CRM Manager, you will lead improvements to our CRM, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics teams to turn data into insights that support revenue growth.

You will help simplify processes, support system users, and enhance performance across ticketing, partnerships, and client engagement.

Pay

Minimum – Anticipated Maximum Base Salary: $75,000 - $101,200 / year

In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range. What will you do?
  • Own the day-to-day administration and long-term configuration of CRM and integrated sales technologies
  • Design and implement system enhancements that improve sales workflows, data accuracy, and reporting
  • Partner with sales leaders to support pipeline management, revenue initiatives, and sales performance insights
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insight
  • Establish and enforce data standards to ensure clean and reliable account, contact, and opportunity data
  • Lead training, onboarding, and user support to drive strong adoption and effective system use
More about you
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of three years' Salesforce administration experience
  • Strong skills in SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, data analysis and reporting
  • Experience supporting CRM data governance, system integrations, and sales reporting in high volume or enterprise sales environments
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
