Job description

Overall Job Summary
This role is responsible for conducting analysis, measuring impacts, and making recommendations in support of our customer loyalty program and other Marketing initiatives. This includes identifying opportunities and answering business questions related to our loyalty customers and their shopping behavior.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)
  • Support the Email Marketing Manager in the day-to-day execution of email, SMS, and lifecycle campaigns within Bloomreach CDP.
  • Build, QA, schedule, and deploy CRM campaigns, including promotional sends, triggered campaigns, refill and reorder communications, autoship communications, winback campaigns, and customer lifecycle journeys.
  • Create and maintain customer segments using behavioral, transactional, product, prescription, autoship, and engagement data.
  • Pull campaign audiences and ensure customer targeting logic is accurate, compliant, and aligned to campaign objectives.
  • Monitor CRM campaign performance, including delivered sends, open rate, click rate, conversion rate, revenue, AOV, unsubscribe rate, SMS opt outs, and other key engagement metrics.
  • Build recurring reports and dashboards that help the CRM team understand performance by campaign, segment, lifecycle stage, product category, animal type, and customer type.
  • Analyze customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve retention, reorder rate, autoship adoption, customer lifetime value, and campaign efficiency.
  • Partner with Creative and Marketing partners to ensure email and SMS content matches campaign strategy, offer details, audience targeting, and brand standards.
  • Perform campaign QA, including audience validation, links, promo codes, personalization, dynamic content, subject lines, preview text, tracking parameters, and suppression logic.
  • Support A/B testing for subject lines, creative, offers, send timing, personalization, segmentation, and lifecycle journey optimization.
  • Maintain CRM campaign calendars, production timelines, documentation, naming conventions, and campaign tracking processes.
  • Help troubleshoot Bloomreach data, segmentation, campaign setup, reporting, and deployment issues.
  • Partner with Analytics and Ecommerce teams to connect CRM performance to broader business outcomes, including Rx orders, autoship starts, retention, and revenue.
  • Proactively identify customer trends, campaign insights, and optimization opportunities to share with the Email Marketing Manager and broader Marketing team.

Required Qualifications
Experience: 1-2 years' experience in Retail Analytics or related Business experience. Experience working with marketing programs a plus.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Statistics, Finance or equivalent experience. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
Professional Certifications: None required
Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities
  • Experience with SQL (in the context of conducting analysis) required
  • Experience with Retail POS or Loyalty Program Data
  • Experience with Tableau, Alteryx, or any programming languages a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Speak, read, and write effectively in the English language
