Details:
Dynamics CRM Developer (Field Service)
Location: Remote, travel when needed to Brentwood TN
Duration: 12 months
Mandatory: Field service
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of CRM administration (accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, reporting, etc.) and a passion for using digital tools to optimize the customer experience and drive business results. The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant will provide strategic guidance and direction to ensure business needs are met.
Responsibilities:
  • Good experience working on Field Service.
  • Work with CRM lead to implement and operationalize the vision, strategy and tactical approaches for CRM (customer relationship management).
  • Work with cross-functional teams and key external partners to define and implement a solution roadmap.
  • Collaborate with teams to lead development of user journeys that inform CRM content and engagement opportunities.
  • Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings.
  • Partner with and influence the direction of our enterprise architecture and how Dynamics fits into the overall platform strategy.
  • Provide continuous training to business to keep them within the boundaries of the BOLT business process.
  • Partner with the business to help integrate new projects into the BOLT environment. This includes management of final requirements, creation of Implementation plan and lead the business through the various project lifecycle stage gates.
  • Serve as the technical leader for BOLT projects internally and onsite at client locations
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the BOLT platforms and products
  • Demonstrate thought leadership through publishing, public speaking and client presentations
  • Work multi-functionally with project teams, business teams, functional analysts, and developers to ensure the best technical solutions are designed and implemented

Requirements
Education and experience requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems or Computer Science, with a focus on business applications and Information Technology preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in developing application architecture road maps, reference architectures, and evangelizing adoption of architecture principles in the design and delivery of technology solutions
  • 5 to 8+ years of Microsoft 365 CRM consulting experience required or comparable experience working with Salesforce, Oracle, Goldmine, Act, Sales Logics, or other enterprise CRM solutions
  • Proficient in the use of Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps), Tibco Cloud Connect, MS Office; Visio, SQL, SQL Reporting Services, and SmartConnect
  • Experience providing pre-sales support, planning and design around organizational, business and technical requirements
  • Experience developing Business process diagrams and documentation
  • Experience developing in a Field Service business or environment preferred

  • Evaluate solution options, make recommendations, effort estimations, and overall development plans for project managers as part of project definitions
  • Lead and participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, documentation, implementation, and maintenance of BOLT solutions for the business
  • Analytical mindset with a proven ability to distill data, glean consumer insights to make informed business decisions
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills with ability to communicate at multiple levels and details appropriate for the audience.
  • Able to work independently with minimum to no supervision, is self-motivated, able to pro-actively identify and resolve issues, is focused on customer satisfaction, and assists in the development of new business
  • Strong communication, organizational, time management skills, and leadership skills
