What You'll Do

As a Cleaning & Restoration Technician, you'll help customers protect and restore their homes and businesses through professional cleaning and restoration services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Carpet, upholstery, tile, grout, and floor cleaning
  • Water damage mitigation and structural drying
  • Mold remediation assistance
  • Odor removal services
  • Equipment setup, monitoring, and removal
  • Performing detailed inspections and documenting work performed
  • Communicating professionally with customers throughout the project
  • Completing work orders, daily logs, and job documentation
  • Maintaining company vehicles, tools, and equipment
  • Ensuring all work meets company quality and safety standards

No two days are the same. You'll work with industry-leading equipment, solve real problems, and make a visible difference for customers.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable driving company vehicles, including a Ram ProMaster
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 70 pounds unassisted
  • Basic computer and smartphone proficiency
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Dependable, punctual, and customer-focused
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in carpet cleaning, restoration, construction, maintenance, or a related field
  • Experience with specialty cleaning services such as:
    • Carpet Cleaning
    • Tile & Grout Cleaning
    • Upholstery Cleaning
    • Air Duct Cleaning
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, home services, restoration, or construction
  • Comfortable educating customers on available services and identifying additional opportunities to help meet their needs
  • IICRC Certifications are a plus:
    • Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT)
    • Water Restoration Technician (WRT)
