Summary/ Objective

The Dispatch efficiently executes the day to day operation while promoting a professional and safe environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain the day to day operation
  • Consistently monitor the schedule
  • Ensure resources are available and properly allocated
  • Communicate any maintenance issues
  • Communicate any flight changes with CFIs, Students, and Renters
  • Create a professional environment and welcome prospective students/customers
  • Dispatch all activities according to procedures
  • Maintain schedule accuracy
  • Inventory Management
  • PSI management and proctoring
  • Close out all cashier tickets
  • Monitor passed scheduled for open tickets
  • End of Day report
  • Monitor weather according to school minimums
  • Operational administrative support
  • Answer and filter phone calls professionally

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Aviation Knowledge (preferred)
