Morning Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative

City Express, Inc. – Marietta, GA

City Express, Inc., a growing transportation and logistics company serving healthcare, commercial, and time-critical delivery clients throughout Georgia, is seeking a dependable and organized Morning Dispatcher to join our team.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Compensation:

  • $16.50/hour (entry level, no dispatch experience required)

  • Up to $18.00/hour (for candidates with relevant dispatch or logistics experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and dispatch drivers for scheduled and on-demand deliveries

  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery status and service requests

  • Monitor routes and ensure timely completion of deliveries

  • Enter and update delivery information in dispatch software

  • Resolve delivery issues and provide excellent customer service

  • Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and management

  • Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed
