Job description

Purpose of the Position:

Monitors drivers to ensure that we satisfy our customers’ needs by keeping track of every product and

dealing with any issues that arise.

Primary Job Duties:

Communicates and monitors driver progress and their timeliness with deliveries. Assists drivers with route

issues. Provides directions for drivers when lost. Resolves customer complaints concerning late or

improper deliveries. Strategizes with operations management to create solutions when routes are not

completed timely. Continually monitors specific, larger customers to track performance to ensure

satisfaction.

Secondary Job Duties:

Serves as backup for customer service when needed.

Impact on Other Positions, Products, & Services:

Serves as the go to person for all Independent Contractors and the company. Ensures the customer is satisfied by staying in communication with the drivers concerning the progress of their routes.

Personal Skills Required:

Extremely good communication internally and externally, organization, multitasking, ability to interact with

employees at all levels, rapid response to issues, attention to detail, the ability to communicate with drivers on a routine basis, ability to sit for long periods of time
