Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused team member to support front desk operations on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a welcoming first point of contact for guests and visitors, helping create a positive and efficient experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, staying organized in a fast-paced environment, and providing dependable support to daily front office activities.
Responsibilities
  • Greet guests, visitors, and callers in a courteous and professional manner
  • Check guests in and out accurately and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct communication appropriately
  • Assist with reservations, scheduling, and general front desk administrative tasks
  • Provide information about services, policies, and local area resources as needed
  • Handle guest requests and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area
  • Process payments, verify information, and maintain accurate records
  • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations
  • Support other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications
  • Previous customer service, hospitality, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain professional, friendly, and composed in a busy environment
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using standard office or front desk systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to support varying schedules
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
