The Jewelry and Accessories Specialist is the key team member ensuring secure handling, merchandising, and sale of the high-value merchandise including designer handbags, jewelry, sunglasses, and accessories. This role demands precision, accountability, and exceptional customer service, ensuring both asset protection and elevated guest experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized, one-on-one service to customers shopping for high-value items such as designer handbags, jewelry, and accessories.
  • Guide customers through the purchase journey, offering product knowledge, styling suggestions, and secure handling of merchandise.
  • Maintain a high-touch environment, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.
  • Follow strict merchandising guidelines to ensure displays are full, organized, and visually appealing.
  • Replenish stock from secure drawers and maintain pricing visibility.
  • Conduct daily cycle counts and structured audits to reconcile inventory and prevent shortages.
  • Secure high-value merchandise nightly and prepare displays each morning.
  • Ensure all merchandise is tagged, priced, and accounted for before end-of-day.

Requirements
Candidates must be able to work a flexible schedule; including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Candidates with a minimum 1 year of retail experience, preferably in high-value or specialty merchandise.
