Job description

Job Title: Database Coordinator
Location: Based in Macon, GA

Travel: N/A
Reports To: Director of Philanthropic Services

Status: Part-Time

Pay: $15/hour, 12 hours per week

Position Overview

The Database Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a healthy and effective Development database and managing weekly gift processing.

Key Responsibilities

Development Database (90%)

  • Handle gift processing, donor acknowledgments, and accurate tracking of contributions.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports.
  • Manage data cleanup projects and pull lists needed for mailings.
  • Ensure strong systems for data management and reporting.

Event & Gala Support (10%)

  • Provide assistance for annual events by assisting with QGiv event site for online giving and night of giving.
  • Assist with guest communications for all events.
  • Assist as needed with any database related event preparations and other needs during events as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree preferred in Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong skills in data management and entry required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • A collaborative spirit and commitment to Wesley Glen’s faith-based mission of serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
