The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced mental health Clinician who enjoys quality improvement, coaching others, and ensuring clinical excellence. If you're passionate about maintaining high standards of care while supporting fellow clinicians, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll do
  • Review IM+CANS assessments and reassessments for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
  • Monitor reassessment due dates and communicate upcoming deadlines to clinicians.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, education, and feedback to clinicians regarding best practices and continuous quality improvement.
  • Review documentation to ensure completeness and clinical appropriateness.

Who You Are
  • Current Licensed Practitioner of the Healing Arts (LPHA) licensure in Illinois.
  • Strong knowledge of IM+CANS assessments and behavioral health documentation.
  • Excellent understanding of medical necessity, diagnostic documentation, and treatment planning.
  • Experience reviewing clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
  • Strong written communication and coaching skills.
  • Reside in the Chicago metropolitan area
