Job description

  • POSITION SUMMARY
    • Position Summary:
      • o The primary focus of the position is to assist nursing administration in demonstrating excellence in health and clinical outcomes by gathering and analyzing information for audits and special projects. This position will perform real time review, retrospective review and audits on those patients that are part of our system quality monitoring; as well as, abstracting data on these patients after discharge for internal quality reporting. Other pertinent duties are: data collection, analysis and reporting of special projects and/or initiatives for the nursing departments. May also assist with special training and compliance sessions.
  • POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
    • Minimum Education
      • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
      • BSN preferred.
    • Minimum Experience
      • 2 or more years of recent nursing experience required.
    • Required Registration/License/Certification
      • Current Kansas Registered Nurse License
