In partnership with Maryland’s Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA), Liberty Healthcare operates a statewide quality improvement program which focuses on enhancing person-centered services and supports provided to people who are living with developmental disabilities so they may live their best lives.

Liberty Healthcare is now hiring a full-time Senior Quality Reviewer to support this important and impactful program.

What you’ll do

As a Senior Quality Reviewer, you will enjoy an array of responsibilities, including:

  • Championing person-centered practices with provider organizations
  • Conducting Personal Outcome Measures® interviews
  • Identifying opportunities for quality improvement
  • Providing constructive feedback and technical assistance to provider agencies
  • Using data and writing reports
  • Collaborating with partners at DDA Regional Offices
  • Contributing to Maryland’s pursuit of CQL Person-Centered Excellence Network Accreditation

This is a field-based position which requires regular daily travel throughout Maryland - with an emphasis on Baltimore County and nearby Counties. Travel is estimated at 60–70%

Compensation & benefits

  • Starting salary of $55,000 with an increase to $58,000 after obtaining your required certifications
