About the Role:
Mister Sparky in Fremont, CA is looking for a detail-oriented Part-Time Office Administrator to join our energetic team! This is a great opportunity to play a key support role in a fast-paced electrical services environment where your organizational skills will keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage PG&E applications, documentation, and related utility coordination
  • Submit, track, and follow up on city permits for electrical projects
  • Utilize Service Titan software for scheduling, job management, and customer records
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and provide excellent front-office customer service
  • Maintain accurate filing systems for permits, inspections, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with field technicians and project managers to ensure job workflow continuity
  • Support billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks as needed
Requirements:
  • Prior experience with PG&E processes and city/municipal permitting strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Service Titan or similar field service management software
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
