Job Description

Overall Purpose:ย This position will provide support for AT&T Managed Customers.ย Roles & Responsibilities:ย 1) Customer call receipt - first point of contact for Customers for problem recording.ย 2) Customer verification, problem validation and documentation.ย 3) Ticket Management.ย 4) Status customer on a regular basis.ย 5) Manage escalations.ย 6) Interface with internal and external AT&T/Vendor.ย 7) Adhere to SLAs, processes and tools.ย 8) Basic trouble shooting routers/circuits.
