Job description

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in assigned areas, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for employees, clients, and visitors.
Job Responsibilities
  • Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
  • Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, office spaces, conference rooms and hallways - replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Empty trash bins, replace liners and dispose of waste in designated areas.
  • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting supplies as needed
  • Follow safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Respond promptly to requests for cleaning services or specific assignments from supervisors.
  • Report any damages, defects, or issues to the Plant Manager
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous cleaning or janitorial experience
  • Ability to follow instruction and work independently
  • Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completed tasks
  • Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods is preferred
