Overview
The Parking Ambassador is committed to providing World Class Service for all State Farm Arena Parking Assets, for all events and is responsible for the protection, outdoor protection and safeguarding of Guests and Employees and their vehicles. This position is committed to providing a positive first impression with World Class Service.
This role will pay an hourly rate of $17.00 to $19.00.
Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) savings plan and 401(k) matching.
This job will remain open until: June 26, 2026
Responsibilities
  • Provide guests with directions and other venue information.
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces.
  • Ability to maximize amount of vehicles per lot.
  • Respond to all comments/complaints in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.
  • Cash Handling-collect cash and/or coupons and maintain security of cash.
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts.
  • Controlling/monitoring entry to the guests' and employees' parking lots.

Qualifications
  • Prior parking experience strongly preferred.
  • Customer Service and Technology Handling abilities are a must.
  • Must be polite, friendly and possess excellent interpersonal skills as this position has extensive guest and employee contact.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • The ability to work various hours as needed including nights and weekends.
  • The physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and walk long distances.
  • Ability to work outdoors with extreme heat and weather conditions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
