You will serve as the operational backbone of our field teams, ensuring that the administrative side of our $10 million growth plan runs flawlessly. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of remote work combined with the stability of a high-growth construction leader.

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Execute the full lifecycle of purchase orders to ensure field crews have necessary materials without project delays.
  • Manage the accurate processing of change orders to maintain clear financial tracking and project transparency.
  • Coordinate subcontractor contracts by verifying compliance, signatures, and essential project documentation.
  • Utilize the full Microsoft Office Suite to generate professional reports, spreadsheets, and team communications.
  • Organize digital filing systems to ensure all project-related documents are easily retrievable for project managers.
  • Streamline office workflows to support the companyโ€™s transition into high-revenue commercial and residential scaling.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or trades industry.
  • Proficiency in creating and managing purchase orders and complex change order documentation.
  • Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for financial tracking and Word for contracts.
